Wordpress version 4.5.3
Visual Form Builder 2.8.9

Link to the form not working. The other two forms on my website don't give the same error.

The typical cause of this is that the form is being served from a different URL than the site that the actual domain name it is on.

I am having the same issue right now, I am running VFB Version 2.9 Free, PHP Version 5.4, WordPress 4.5.3, and all emails are within the domain. We have basic POP email setup. Im not 100% sure what changed with in the last week or so but for some reason we do not receive any of the form emails but the clients receive their auto reply email. It had been working for about two years then just stopped...?

Hello Trigger and Joshua,

It is likely that something has changed on the receiving end, as is does sound like emails are working. You may both want to work with your website hosts, to see if the emails are being blocked at the server level, or sent to a spam folder/box. As you can imagine with 500,000+ users (counting all our version) there may be a few with email problems. Here are some helpful tips that work with our free version: http://classic.vfbpro.com/faq/emails-are-not-being-sent/.

All that being said can you both pinpoint this to stopping on the 2.9 update? Were any other updates performed at the same time?

Hello and thank you for a great plugin I just want to know is there a way to have when I get a new email in the subject field of said email the persons name as right now it always says the site name.

Hello Ames.
In the Email settings of your form, you can set the "users" name and "users" email based on fields in your form. So if you have a name field in you form, just set it to that, same with the email and you should be golden!
