Thank you so much for getting back can you see the screenshot I have put here of exactly what I mean http://www.classicbridalcars.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/classic22.png
Everytime I get a new message from site the subject line is always "Bridal Cars" I just need to know what shortcode to put in place so it shows the name of the person instead.
Kind regards James
ah ok, the email subject is not dynamic. Typically this field is used to in a manner like this:
Web Inquiry from (My Website)
Thanks!

Hi,
your plugin is simple and great,
there is just one fail - it can not be translated using WPML...
I do NOT mean admin/system messages, those can be obviously translated through WPML Themes and Plugins translation.
I mean user-created field labels (and messages).
I've noticed you are using common wordpress post system - can you allow WPML to translate forms similary as posts (so I don't need to create form per each language)?
Hello,
I'm trying to isolate an issue I have with user-uploaded files submitted on a VFB form.
I built a form to take up to three proposals (doc, docx, and pdf files) from authors along with other basic information. While testing, everything comes out fine on the front end both before the form is filled out and after it's been submitted. I set it so forms are emailed to the site administrator whenever they're submitted.
ISSUE: Not all files are uploaded to the site directory after a form is submitted. The file upload cells on the forms emailed to the site admin only contain links to file locations like about half the time.
It doubt it's a size issue because on the form settings the file upload size is set to 'Large' and none of the files I attach while I've been testing is larger than 4-5 MB.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any questions, thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hello Arakanic,
VFBPro relies on the settings for your actual Wordpress and server for the upload sizes and manner. I suspect that something serverside or website side is preventing uploads in some cases due to one of the following:
1. File size restrictions
2. Server file size restrictions
3. Timeouts (server taking to long to upload the file)
4. File type not accepted by Wordpress Installation or by server
5. Running an outdated version of php on server
Hope this helps,
Joseph

Im sorry to do this here, but I found it impossible to use your Pro forum, since you do not recognize my order number for some reason. I need to use your Pro plugin on another site that we are building, but I do not know the status of our license. I have been updating your Pro plugin as necessary for years, so I know you still know about me. I need to know what I need to do to get going again. I am pasting in below the response you sent me when I placed my order.

So much passing, I hope it will reach the goal ! :-) Can you please let me know when it is ready ? :)
Hi,
I have developed a form and need it to 'pop up' when a button on a Wordpress page is clicked?
Are there any shortcode switches etc?
Thank you,
Ace Shark
Hello Michael,
Thank you for your message here, sorry for the troubles you were experiencing. When you put your order number in, please put only numbers in, then include the full order number in the body of your ticket.
Our ticket system as you mentioned does not recognize any of the original order numbers from early on in our plugin development. Regarding getting our new plugin, it is that, a brand new plugin, as such you would need to purchase a new license to use our new plugin. The version you are using now has been discontinued for about 2 years. We can explain it all in the ticket system once you open a ticket.
The other option you have is that if you prefer to use our classic plugin, you may purchase a license for the new plugin then we can provide you with a copy of the classic plugin, as it is no longer available, although we recommend moving to the new plugin because the functionality of the classic plugin cannot be supported any longer.
Hope this helps, we will be looking for your ticket, please mention this conversation when you open the ticket.

Hello Ace,
This is not a supported feature of our plugin, but there are many plugins which offer that feature. You would just put the shortcode in. That being said the form may or may not right within another plugin, so you will have to try a few to see what will work for you.
Thanks!

Hello,
Looks like my post spammed ha ha! There is no promise on time frame when this feature may or may not be available. But we will definitely put it in for consideration.
Thanks!

Hi Joseph,
Thank you for confirming that, much appreciated.

Hey Joseph, I'm using the basic VFB. Since the website I'm working on is hosted on 1and1, is this something I have to take care of with those guys? If so, where do you suggest I should start?
I set up a PHP error log widget on the dashboard and after adding the log file to my directory and adding a few lines of code to wp-config, I can't seem to notice any connection between my using VFB and the logs.
Any other tips pointing me in a general direction would be awesome because this is all gibberish to me!
Yes you will need to work with your hosting company on those items, as they are all server related. :) They would be the best people to talk to about this.
For some time now i cant get rid of this error. I searched every site on the internet but nothing worked.
Every time someone fills the form and press send 500 internal server error appears.
This is the line from the error log:
PHP Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /home/energeti/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 1104
I have double checked every input in vfb settings and also wp settings. Asked if its something wrong on the server side but everything seems to be ok.
Hello Lueen,
This sounds like a problem with your server. Do you know what version of our plugin you are running and what php you are running on our server?
