I used my email credentials as suggested, but the testmails are not going through. I opened a ticket on this. They suggested that I contact my Hosting guys and I did. They had me do a test mail using smtp form the originating domain in question. That works.
I go back to try with your testmail and nothing. Please help as this is very frustrating!

having problems with a form showing up badly on mobile device. I have pro version. Is there a way to set it to go to a different layout for the same form for small devices?
Also when the form scales in responsive mode the checkbox and radio buttons are coming up on top of the option name.

Hello,
When I first installed the plugin it worked great. Now it is not saving the forms or emailing them. I show entries in the back office of my word press site from when it was working. So I know it worked at one time. It also emailed those that were saved. Now nothing.
I followed the suggestions of member jave.web. It didn't help.
Any other suggestions to get the plugin to work again.

Hi,
I have an issue with the visual form builder plugin, it doesn’t show any forms nor can i create one.
The issue occured when I de-activated the plugin and tried to activate it again.
I have removed the plugin completely and then re-installed it but it didn’t resolve the issue.

Hey Joseph, you were right! My hosting service informed me the php.ini file in my root directory had set the maximum upload size as well as the max post size both to 2 MB (which, it turns out, is a common issue).

Hello! After upgrading to WordPress 4.6 a lot of plugin users reported about fatal error message after clicking "submit". I have same problem but I see that problem not be solved in any way for several days. No plugin update, no tips for solving the problem, which would help to solve it.
Visual Form Builder is very important plugin for many sites but due to this fatal error the work of these sites is paralyzed. Please answer how long users should wait for the decision of problem or we have to start looking for another plugin for our sites? Thank you.

Thanks for expressing this concern! We are certainly taking a look at this issue as we have several reports of it. As it seems to be only effecting a few limited installs, we are looking into it and of course will release a fix if one is needed! Have you checked to see what php version you are running? Make sure you are running 5.4 or better.

I suspect you are using a very old version of our classic paid plugin. It will likely need to be updated to the most recent version of classic. Hello Scoast,
Here is come documentation: http://classic.vfbpro.com/faq/emails-are-not-being-sent/ that might help you but there are also some things to be considered in the newer version of WordPress. Usually this can be fixed by making sure you are running php 5.4+ on your server.
