technobuddha on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] pre select radio button on page"

I have a "register" button, that brings up a registration form.
I have several different pages that go to this registration form.
The registration has 5 radio choices. 1 for each page I have.
Is there any way to preselect the radio button when the user clicks on the "register" button?
