hcthomas on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Email Not Working"

Hello Matthew,
I am no longer receiving any emails when website visitors submit forms, and customer response forms are not working either. When using the "Contact Us" form, Wordpress displays the error "Error, email was not sent."
I've tried de-activating all plugins and resetting the theme to 2013, but nothing helps.
Could you please advise on how to fix this? I assume I need to do something on the server end having perused the help threads, but I'm not sure exactly what to do.
