Jay on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Infield 'Ghost' Text"

Is adding 'ghost' or infield text that disappears upon click? I know there is the 'default text', but the user has to clear that text manually... is there a way to have that text disappear when the user clicks inn in the field?
