I am on a multisite structure, and each time someone uploads a file via the file upload field, the file is available via public URL for every single site of the multisite structure.
How can I make the link "unavailable" or private someway? Or maybe it is enough to avoid the creation of the URL...
I am familiar with code, so I can even go through the plugin files to edit dome code strings.

I am using vfb pro version 3.1.5.
I want to get all the field-values in the form to be submitted to a table when the user presses the submit button.
Is it possible to intercept the submit button and implement this functionality?
I was thinking to create a add_action hook in the themes functions.php, but I am not sure how to do this as I don't know how to capture all the fields in the current form to pass it to the hook.
Please give me some valid pointers.

Removing the verification code request section
Under the bottom of the RSVP page, it asks guests to enter any two digits in order to submit their RSVP. Would it be possible to remove this function? I know how to make it not required field but I'd like to remove this function to avoid any confusion if possible. Can our gust submit their reply with out it?

Still having this problem and cannot seem to figure it out. PHP version is 5.5, we are using Avada theme which is usually compatible with anything as far as I know, permissions are all good. When you click to view the entry, to the right is a Move to Trash link which used to work fine. Since upgrading to Version 2.8.8 it no longer works. The only way to send an entry to trash is checking the box and clicking Move to Trash in the drop down.
I know this is kind of silly thing to worry about but the client wants to be able to move to trash while he is looking at an entry. Thanks for any help you can offer.

How can I import data as entries of a form?
For example, I have a form call "Customer Directory". That form displays in a table on the website. I have over 2000 customers that I need to add to that table. How can I import the data through the form so it will display in the table.
I want to import data into a vfb form as entries. How can I do that?

When in the email settings of a form I select the required email field of a user (optional) as a reply-to email, the form shows in the list of flled-in forms, but no e-mail is sent.
All settings are ok and an e-mail is received by me, when I leave this optional field blank. However in that cas I receive the email with only the name of the user as the from (and reply-to) addre3ss and not the e-mail of the user.
A bit of a nuisance when replying to filled-in forms.

How can I give marketing team the access to the survey form entries?
I need to give them user id, so they can login and see the entries of the forms and even export to csv or excel.

I'm having the same issue, I've done a checking for the last couple of months and there are several entries missing - I received the emails, but some entries are nowhere to be found. As we need to provide statistics regarding the entries/ leads, this is a major inconvenience. If a solution won't be provided soon by the developers, I'll need to find another reliable plugin.
If your email field is not set to required, you cannot assign it to the reply to email setting in the form builder settings. As such, the form builder does not know which field to choose for the email reply to field, since it is optional and not required, the reply to function will not work because it is variable. You need to set the email field to required and then set that in the settings of your form to that field, then it will work.

You can probably do this with the free or pro version. You need to use a permissions based plugin in order to grant the permissions you just want the marketing team to have access to. VFBPro does not have a way to control wordpress permissions.

You can control these settings better in our pro version. These messages would need to be changed in the database or core files. In the pro version you can customize all of these messages in the admin panel.
