I'm new to this, so please bear with me.
I set up Visual Form Builder correctly, all the test submissions are being collected in the plugin, but no emails are being sent to recipient. I have set the "email to" to myself as a test and have selected to include a copy of the form with the email.
Is there something I'm not seeing in the plugin or in WordPress that is preventing these emails to go out?

Hello! I wanted to know if it's possible to display the forms in templates? I really dislike the way WordPress handles (mangles) code in the pseudo text editor it has so I have moved all pages into their own templates and don't use the editor at all. As such, I ran into a problem because the only instructions I can see on the form is to add a shortcode to my post and since I'm not using the posts, this obviously doesn't work.
So is it possible to get the forms into a template instead of a post? Thanks.
Is there a way add multiple addresses to the 'reply_to' field of the email?
I have the form set to send the entries to multiple emails (works great), but I would like everyone to be included if someone tries to 'reply-all'.
Also is there a way to customize the subject of the email so that it combines maybe 2 or more fields for the subject?
A little background:
I'm using this for a 'graphics request' system on an intranet site. Users submit requests and a graphic artist receives and fulfills the request via email.

Your form builder is wicked, but I'm having a hell of a time troubleshooting your confirmations.
Not only are confirmation emails not sending, but the confirmation redirect is not functioning either (it just stays at the same web address as the form but displays a blank page).
The redirect page is live and works, and the e-mail is correctly configured; as well, I have troubleshooted on IE, Firefox, and Chrome, all with the same results, so it's not an add-on. My site's theme isn't overly complicated, so I can't imagine that's the conflict.
Any thoughts? I know you've been asked a version of this question A LOT but if you have any pointers for me it'd be appreciated.
The conditional logic on visual form builder only works on preview mode. In production nothing happen.

If I click on select box <LICENSE> and select CLOUD, it should display a text field on the right side.
On preview mode it works fine, but on the page nothing happens. Thank you for any help.
I found the issue, VFB is not including CDATA information on published pages, just on preview.
If I copy the CDATA form the preview form and paste on the content of the page it works on my published page.
There is a way around this?

As far as the confirmation message not appearing, it very well could be your theme or another plugin causing the problem. Try switching to a default Twenty Twelve/Thirteen theme and deactivating all other plugins to see if there is a conflict.

There isn't a way to set a reply-all. In the Pro version, however, there is a hook which will allow you to override the email function and set your own headers. Check out the vfb_override_email action.
With the Pro version, you also have access to Templating, which will let you insert submitted data into the subject line.
A template tag is available in the Pro version only at this time.
Please see the FAQ for troubleshooting tips on emails not sending.
VFB Pro has the option to only allow unique submissions by IP address.

I realize that I can check the option to always load CSS, but this seems like overkill. Is there a reason that the stylesheet can't be loaded when the VFB code is sandwiched between some other shortcodes?
How do I change the reply-to in form settings after the form has been created?

See the Shortcode API:
The shortcode parser uses a single pass on the post content. This means that if the $content parameter of a shortcode handler contains another shortcode, it won't be parsed
That being said, your enclosed shortcodes can call do_shortcode in order to allow non-enclosed shortcodes to be parsed recursively.

I'm looking for a form plugin, where the user can fill in a form field with the mail adress from its superior, so everybody gets informed about the users order. Is this possible with Visual Form Builder or Visual Form Builder Pro? If yes, I'll gladly buy a copy of Visual Form Builder.

Sorry, forgot to mention: the superior should get the full form content as the "email"-destinations in the top of the form. Not only a notification. And I've just tried to enter [item-vfb-23], but this doesn't work :-( By saving it gets filtered away...
