Hi,
I’m trying to add a form to a child template with do_shortcode() function. For some reason, the CSS files aren’t included. Is there a work around this?

Unable to Edit Saved Form

A couple of months ago I created a form (in the free VFB version) that is functioning fine. We are receiving entries and are not having issues with the form functioning. However, I wanted to make some changes to the form, but am unable to do so. Is that a limitation of the free version?
I have logged into our site, and accessed the form.
-when I click on any of the buttons (settings, or the down arrow on the bars for general, email, notifications), nothing happens – the sections do not expand.
-when I try to add a new field to the form by clicking the text or phone field buttons, nothing happens.
I am working on a MacBook Pro running BigSur v11.1, and have tried editing the form in both Firefox (v84.02) and Safari (v14.02).

PayPal Issues

When someone fills out a for with a pay button and does not complete the PayPal payment. The form is still sent with no payment.
This happens many times when someone fills out the for using one email address and then has to use a different PayPal email address on that paypal window. so the end recipient of the form(s) get 2 or more emails ( 1 for each attempt) and only 1 paypal notice of payment.

Double entries

My client is receiving double entries when they submit the form.
When the form is submitted it will sent to info@kinderpraktijktheone.nl if I change it to my own e-mailadress taoufiq@fritsprint.nl I am not receiving the double entries.

VFB – Display Entries tab not showing

Hello, this is my first time posting a question on this site.
I bought and download the Display Entries add-on for the Visual Form Builder this morning. I have already installed it on my website but, I can’t find it under the Visual Form Builder tab in the admin section. I looked up and found that it can also appear next to the Rules tab when viewing a specific form but the whole tab section that should be there isn’t either. My WordPress and the plugin are both on the latest version. I also only have the standard version of VFB and bought the add-on separately. Any help would be appreciated.

V3 Recaptcha Not Working

I have the pro version of VFB and today I installed the keys for V3 Recaptcha to replace the V2 recaptcha that has been working for years. V3 is not working, there is no visible badge on the bottom right corner of the page. I checked and there is no recaptcha JavaScript code in the footer as Google recommends and there is no real procedure in the Knowledge Base except where to place the site and secret keys, nothing on how to check for or test the recaptcha. Are you sure this feature is working on the latest version of VFB Pro? Is there a troubleshooting procedure somewhere in the documentation for VFB pro? Is there anything to make this work for the newest version of VFB Pro? I really do appreciate an answer

Need a link to edit VFB Entries (For a charity page)

I am new to WordPress and VFB so please excuse me if I am asking the impossible, but …
I am helping a friend setup an animal sanctuary site, and we need a form for people to fill in for dog adoptions. I’ve got a form looking good and we have purchased pro so we can use the Display Entries add-on in a WP Page to display the registrations. Which is working fine.
However, After an entry has been submitted if then needs to be edited by the admins of the site to identify that someone has picked up that request and is planning a home visit etc. I have additional (hidden) fields for the admins to fill in on each entry but currently the only way to do that is from the VFB Pro “Entries” Tab on the actual WordPress dashboard.
Does anyone know if there is a way to have a link on the actual WP Display Entries page (that is private) that opens up the the form entry that is selected for edit?
Apologies if I have not explained that very well.
The site is all in draft at the moment, so it’s not that simple for me to “show you” what I mean.

Problem with select dropdown

It opens, but when i click to an option, the dropdown closes and nothing happens. None of the options can be selected.

o365 email plugin and formbuilder

Hey there, wondering if you can help.
So i installed the following plugin on our wordpress “Mail Integration for Office 365/Outlook”. This allows me to make an API type connection to o365 and use a mail account to send mail. This overcomes the problem of messages being marked as junk when the webhost is sending mail from wordpress.
The plugin works, i can send test mail. I can send mail from a “mail log” plugin that i installed to try and get to the bottom of the problem. However no form will send the mail, at all, if i turn on that plugin. With the normal webhost mail it works.
tried:
– changing the email in settings to be the same email as i got the o365 plugin to use
– made sure all emails are in the same domain
– changed the reply to email to the exact email address (was at the same domain previously)
– tested to make sure plugin works and sends mail correctly (it does).
None of this has helped and no matter what form builder refuses to send through 0365, while other plugins send fine. Any ideas?

Image upload in website media

My form requires few image upload and I am having problem since it is making my website to full and I need to delete some.
1.How can I set up for image only be sent to my email but not save in my website media?
2.Max Upload Size on settings is for all upload fields on the form or for each upload field?
I have 8 upload fields on my form. If my Max Upload Size is 1MB is 1MB for each field or for all the 8 fields?

Abundance of SPAM Message

I’ve been noticing a massive uptick in SPAM messages being sent through all of my forms, despite having Akismet enabled and Recaptcha v2 configured.
They’re getting filtered into the “SPAM” tab when I view them on WordPress, but emails are still being deployed.
Anyone have any recommendations on how I can rectify this issue so that I can either decrease the amount of spam submission or just stop the SPAM ones from sending out the email notification?

Email problem

My form worked perfectly until about a week ago. The form itself when I check on “view” is filled perfectly but now when the email arrives in my inbox it (1) come from my registered email mine which is not the destination one (which shows nothing sent in its Sent box) and (2) the correct inbox where the data arrives, all the text is garbled.
Please help.

Duplicate Entries

We are receiving duplicate entries from this form when an image is attached. When a user completes the form and hits the submit button, it takes a moment to upload the image, but during that time, there is no indication that the form is doing anything so they hit the button multiple times. What can we do to help prevent this?
