WebNFlo on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] My forms suddenly stopped working."

I have a similar issue:
- with all required fields filled in, hitting "Submit" has no effect, no confirmation message is displayed, and no entries show up in the DB. I have upgraded to the latest version.
- I did note that with an incomplete form (not all required fields filled in), it does highlight the missing data if I hit submit.
