We have had various reports from users saying that when they press submit they get a blank screen. I have tried using the Tor browser and filling out the above form and I get a nearly blank screen with a box that says “Back” – if you press “Back” you go back to the form

I am guessing this is caused by reCAPTCHA V3
Could you try this on your system?
There seems to be no way out of this
