Indication of submission

Hello,

I’m very happy about this plugin, but often users seems to submit multiple times.
The cause of this is a lack of indication that the form is being submitted.
When you press submit, nothing is happening, one has to wait a few seconds…
Is it possible to have a submit button with a spinner once clicked?
