Not receiving emails from Yahoo or AOL

I’m running a typical WordPress install with Visual Form Builder 2.9.2 and created a basic contact form on my site. It works except when the user enters a “From” email with either yahoo.com or aol.com at the end. How can I fix this?

I already spoke with my hosting company and they said the likely issue is that the emails sent to me should be from a fixed address (like wordpress@mydomain.com) and not from the user’s email. However, I can’t find any way to change this in the form’s settings.
