Hi, I tried searching the forum first, so hopefully this isn’t a repeat. We are noticing an issue on submit that we had not seen a few months ago. Unfortunately, we don’t get a lot of use of this form, so I can’t say that it corresponds to any specific time and/or update in our WordPress site. The error occurs any time someone submits a form. It appears to be related to a query being made by a wordpress php file. The form processes in that we can see the entry in the “Recent Form Builder Entries” box on the WordPress Dashboard, but the experience for the user is that it seems as if the browser hangs, and then when it does finally returns and displays the “Your form was successfully submitted” message, it shows an error line at the top of the browser;
Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=137728 in /home/sjnaor5/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1877
While we do get the form, the experience for the user leaves them with a browser that’s not returning a page unless they wait a long time, so many of them are resending the form several times.
