I’ve used VFB on other sites with great satisfaction, processing hundreds of entries. However, I recently have the basic version on a website and have 3 cases of multiple entries (which comes with multiple notifications and confirmations). I’ve talked to 2 of those people, and they assure me that they did not submit the form more than once, one of them is a good friend. Of the 3 multiple entries, 2 of them came in twice, the other has come in 5 times. All of the data in the multiple entries are the same (specific to those people). The times of the multiple entries are within hours. I just launched the site and form yesterday, with 72 entries so far, so it’s still early.
Everything on my site is up to date – plugins, theme, WP. I can’t find a discussion topic on this.
I’m not sure where to start to troubleshoot this… Your help is appreciated.
