I have used this plugin before and never had any issues. I installed on a new site and made a pretty lengthy form (you can see the form here http://megatoyworldsite.com/cash-for-video-games/) when you try to submit this form i keep getting 500 internal server error.
So to test, i made a shorter contact form and that works perfectly fine (just has name, email and subject on it) THat form submits just fine, no errors and i receive it in email.
Anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it? I contacted Godaddy my hosting provider and they said everything looks good on there end.
