We have an email connector set up on our software which pulls identifying data from the content of the email and automatically assigned it to a customer
How do we edit/customize the way in which the form fields are sent to us?
For example there is a "Detail" field, when the user hits submit we need it to be received like this !!AddDetailDescription:DETAIL FIELD HERE!!
