ryanllogan on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Can No Longer Add Elements To Forms"

I've been using this plugin for awhile with no problems. As it is now, I can't add new elements/fields to a new or existing form. I'm able to move around elements/existing fields.

Here is one of the sites having the issue. It's happening on all my sites and I'm using the latest version of the plugin.
