candifitz on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Field data not captured in entry when file uploaded"

I am using 2.8.3

I am noticing that when users are submitting the contact form with a file upload, the file upload goes into the upload directory as expected, but the form the user filled out is not in the entries list and not captured anywhere. User contact info are required fields when submitting the form.

This has occurred twice this week. So I have no idea who submitted these uploaded files.
