It appears I cannot edit the reply-to email address field and the name/company field. I know these are the only two required fields when creating a new form, but I still need to be able to edit them, especially the email, since emails do get changed by companies.
I'm pretty sure I used to be able to do this. But now those fields are grayed out so I can't change them in the settings section. If it's a short form, it's no big deal to recreate a new form from scratch, but if I have a large and complex form, that's another matter.
