I have the same problem..my client's form won't accept people's entries and the verification code is also problematic - informing people that what they put in (even though it's the easiest verification code in history) isn't correct, then resetting the form on them.
I reached out a month ago with no support or answer provided on removing the verification code completely..good luck. I switched to the Smart Form which has presented its own issues...yay, however they're willing to help at least.
