Visual Form Builder Version 2.8.1
My client uses these forms as sign-up sheets for events. These events have a termination date.
A few implementation suggestions:
- add a close flag
- to the forms table
- allow the flag to be set for each form on the All Forms page
- change the shortcode to display a "This form is closed" message if the flag is set
- add form expiration date
- same concept as the close flag, but using a date
- limit the number of entries
- my client usually looks for X volunteers to sign up
- would be nice to automate informing entry number X + 1 that they are on the standby list
