I make a form same than so much previously, and today I am receiving a "500 (internal server) error" after click on Submit button.
I make a call to GoDaddy Customer Service (my hosting) and they answer me that "Page try to go to Thank you Page" but this page is not created inside my website.
Next time, I tried changing Confirmation Adjust from "Text" to "Page" and after receive same error I did change to "redirection" Locating a new thanks page that was created in this moment, but Still receiving same error: "500 (internal server) error"... ;(
