Just two questions:
1. After going live with my site I had a couple of entries on my form which did not get emailed to me. Now I've managed to sort out the email problem and new entries are being emailed, but is there a way to email the existing entries to myself so that I can keep that as a backup?
2. Is it possible to change the print layout so that an entry is only printed on one page instead of two?
