stulan68 on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Deleted form by accident"

One of the forms on our website was accidentally deleted and to my knowledge there has not been a recent export. We do have email notifications of all submitted forms but in the absence of a back up do you know if there might be a copy of the form stored anywhere and how I would access it if there is?
